ALIVE ILLUSION LIVES IN DECEPTION?
HIGH-TECH MAGIC TRICKS
In our life there are so many interesting things, and they bring us enjoyment with a range of emotions. For example: joy, sadness, beauty, ugliness, superiority, inferiority, disadvantage, loss, full of hope, contentment, or profound disappointment.
Obviously, it’s worth noting that all the emotional responses in our experience are determined by our highly evolved brain. It’s this brain that leads us to make correct decisions, or create “illusions” making decisions seem perfectly logical, but actually quite illogical; and we’re not always aware of this.
Beautiful! Wow! There are things we find beautiful from afar, and we decide to get closer to see them; but when we look at them up closer and observe them carefully enough, oh my God! How ugly they are! Or, Oh! So, that’s all there is itself! Do you think that’s why it’s like so? What made you see its “beauty” from afar? The color? Or what makes it lose its beauty when you get closer and observe it meticulously? Is it an “illusion”?
There are people who create things that perfectly deceive our visual senses, creating an “illusory” effect that mesmerizes us, leaving us luridly captivated, and even admiring and imitating them. These are high-tech, mesmerizing magic tricks, or spectacular, grandiose, and luxurious virtual reality performances brought to life on screens across social media. All of this is for economic gain: Selling views, purchasing products, and advertising to make money as a thought alternatively comes over. These are forms of media entertainment; their sole purpose is to make you enjoy and be drawn to them.
Fashion makes us think we’re infinitely more beautiful. The saying goes, “Beauty is enhanced by clothing.” But, if you are due to look beautiful without fancy clothes, then that’ll be the best! Sometimes we stumble upon a pair of pants or a shirt that looks so beautiful and seems to fit us perfectly, and we decide to buy them. Yet, when we get home, put them on, and look at ourselves, we get annoyed! Why did we even choose to buy those things? Were we fooled by an illusion making us think they were beautiful?
By now, we cannot also escape the temptation of food stalls and street food with their visually appealing presentation and colors. The added seasonings create an illusion of delicious flavors. This is what our ancestors used to say: “Hunger of the eyes!” We often imagine a virtual amount of food that, to our eyes, would be enough to satisfy us; but we are blinded by this illusion and choose to eat more than we need.
The mesmerizing visuals and stunning games captivate children, making it impossible for them to escape. Even adults are drawn to these games, from high scores to the alluring virtual currency. This virtual currency is then transformed into real money through the sale of gaming tools or levels within each game. Large or small screens serve the same purpose, satisfying the gaming needs of people of all ages and backgrounds, anytime, anywhere.
HOW SUPREME A GAME POWER IS!
These most subtle weapons have killed so many people when they are not played with the least shallow or deep consciousness of a human being. Once you’ve played, oh my friend! Adults love, become addicted to, and even obsess over these games, abandoning everything for them… even their wives and children! Here, the game creators are well aware of the irresistible power of illusion. They create all sorts of “illusions” to entangle players in a mesmerizing maze. The virtual game world is smooth, and no less enchanting with beautiful women. They come in all kinds, with diverse sizes and customizable options, featuring ethereal, clean, smooth, and mesmerizing scenery. They truly bestow the supreme power of illusion through the game.
If you play games uncontrollably, the games will control you, killing you in every way possible. Mild effects include numbness in your limbs, eye strain, and blurred vision; severe effects include financial ruin, lack of money, and exhaustion…fainting! Death right before your eyes!
THE SMILE OF A HIDDEN HAND
Even more captivating is the illusion that leads us into some entertaining places such as pubs, bars, etc. where we can drown our sorrows. From their entrances, the music is mesmerizing, vibrant, and ear-pleasing, instantly forgetting stress. Inside, you’re swept away by the bizarre, rotating round and square lights, changing colors in sync with the music. You fall into a sea of flashing, unpredictable colors and a whirlwind of music. All of this makes you forget everything and become just an illusion! You’re free to spin along with the whirlwind of emotions and forget your way home… Then comes the torrent of alcohol. Looking around, oh, how many beautiful girls and handsome guys… Where did they all come from! Their makeup is dazzling, their eyes captivating, their clothes strange, cleverly “saving” on fabric, their curves… The mixed smells of beer, liquor, and perfume assault their pale cheeks, their bright red lips, and their welcoming voices are so sweet, gentle, and mesmerizing. This illusion was a far cry from the monotonous life at home and the struggle to make ends meet.
At this point, the feeling of being in paradise is engulfing those who are mesmerized by hallucinations and no longer rational. Even more terrifying is the arrival of the “fairy-like” beauties and “hot boys.” These “victims of the century” offer you divine “elixirs” that bring you to a state of blissful euphoria. You take your final steps on a journey to the abyss of hallucination that is becoming a reality! Where are you, where are you going, and with whom are you going? Those who create and trade these hallucinations know all this too well…and they smile in secrecy.
