THE MYTH OF EUGENICS/LEARN 25 COMPOUND ADJECTIVES WITH “WELL”

Rock music and drugs can be used to instigate the youth of a land to rebel against their parents and the existing state of social or political affairs. This process favors war, violence and beaurocrats. It eventually undermines and destroy the family unit. Public opinion can be controlled and shaped under varied propaganda. This device of manupulation makes people to change their notion on whether to go for or against a war. Movies, television, comic books even video games have been used to engineer the programming of the subconscious mind of people. People having their mind engineered in this way will have no soul; so they take a programmed life from cradle to grave.

The method of improving race is called eugenics and meant being well-born. The first man who used this term in 1883 is not a scientist but a scholar. Francis Galton has thought that human race would have improved on the basis of selective breeding. But, Nazis has changed the fate of this horrifying curiosity into the truth that eugenics was used to control the crowd. Hitler has used its principle to justify his atrocities. The reason why the tyranist has created the holocaust was rationalized upon how to manipulate heriditary traits in human. This term has also given birth to “euthenics” and “euphenics”. The measures used to improve health, appearance and behavior of society is called euthenics and the medical and biological used to improve the individual is called euphenics. This pseudo science has been still progressing into invirto fertilization and stem cloning by creating genetically engineered babies.

Beijing Genomics Institute or BGI-Shenzhen has burst out from obscurity as the world’s most prolific sequencer of human, plant, and animal DNA. BGI purchased 128 state-of-the-art DNA sequencing machines for about $500,000 apiece. It now owns 156 sequencers from several manufacturers and accounts for some 10 to 20 percent of all DNA data produced globally. So far, it claims to have completely sequenced some 50,000 human genomes. The institute employs 4,000 people, as many as a midsize university—1,000 in its bioinformatics division alone. Only about 10 percent of BGI’s revenue comes from local municipalities, not from Beijing. The rest is a mix of grants, some anonymous donations, and fees from clients, including as little as $3,000 to $4,000 to sequence a human genome. But, it was losing money and threatened into bankcruptcy.

In 2003 human genome mapping came to completion. Scientists began heading down the road of eugenicists that endeavors to achieve human perfection through genetic modification. Until now they have travelled a dead end. The effect of external factors on genetic functioning called Epigenetics are the most powerful cause to our genes to actually be expressed and produce the proteins they encode. Environmental factors have powerful effects over our genes. Our genes will not have changed; however their activity will have been dramatically altered by our experiences and our lifestyle.
